Your satisfaction is our priority and that is why here at Anaïs & I, New York, we take the time to carefully inspect each piece before you and your child get to enjoy it. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have within 7 days a receipt to return it for a exchange or a credit on

All returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition: tags attached, not washed or dried, dry cleaned, and free of any and all household or outdoor scents. All returns and requests for refund of merchandise within the allotted 7 day time period will be eligible for exchange or credit. All credit will be valid for a (1) year time period from the day of the exchange and cannot be redeemed for monies. You must contact our corporate office to use any credits. All expired credits will not be redeemed for money or merchandise.

There are no returns or exchanges on SALE, CLEARANCE, SAMPLE SALE or FINAL SALE items. Only full price items ARE eligible for return or exchange according to the Terms & Conditions as stated above.

Gift Exchange

Lucky you! Somebody bought you a great gift to celebrate a special event in you and your child’s life. There might be a chance that the item doesn’t fit or that you would rather have something else, and we are here to help you out with that. We will gladly EXCHANGE any gifts that were sent to you, all we need is the name of the person that sent the gift. anaïs & i, New York will only issue exchanges or credit for any gift item exchange. No monies will be given on ANY gift exchange transaction. Contact our corporate office to initiate the gift exchange process.

Promo Code Rules

Most coupon codes are limited to one per customer per purchase and are good for a one time use only per customer and can only be used on full price merchandise. The coupon codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your account will be credited only in the amount that you paid – total amount at checkout less the value of the coupon code. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions or used on sale items unless otherwise specified. anaïs & i, New York may run promotions designed to attract new customers or increase sales. In connection with these promotions, any person that receives credits, coupons, prizes or other benefits from anaïs & i, New York by using multiple user accounts or email addresses, using false names, impersonating others, or through the use of any other fraudulent or misleading conduct, shall forfeit any credits, coupons, prizes or benefits obtained through such means, and may be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. anaïs & i, New York reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion. The contents of this statement may be altered at any time, at our discretion.

Defective Merchandise

It is rare, but factory mistakes may occur and if anaïs & i, New York has identified any of our products as defective, we will gladly notify you the consumer of your options for a full return, exchange, or credit. If you identify a defect with merchandise that was purchased on before we do, please notify our corporate office within 30 days of purchase. Products must have been shipped as defective and include, but are not limited to: severe effects on zippers, soles, or coloring. Merchandise that is affected by normal wear and tear does not necessarily fall under our return guidelines for defective merchandise and is subject to a decision that is at the discretion of anaïs & i, New York and may not be returned. We will immediately notify you of your options and will strive to find a solution that benefits both you the consumer, and anaïs & i, New York.

Damaged Merchandise

We hope that you are pleased with the condition of everything that you order and receive from Unfortunately some things are out of our control and you might receive an item that is damaged. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may cause and will gladly exchange the damaged product within 48 hours of the original purchase date at no additional cost to you. Damaged product can only be exchanged for the exact same size and color of the item that was initially ordered. In the event that we do not have the same size or color available, you will be able to exchange the item for another item on If we do not have the same size and color for you to exchange and you wish to exchange the item for something retailing at a higher price point, you are responsible for paying the difference of the two items. If we do not have the same size and color available and there is nothing on the website that you wish to exchange the item for, we will be happy to issue a full refund or credit once the item is received at our returns facility.
